This was one of those things I never knew I needed, but now have no idea how I'd live without it. For washing off veggies and fruits this has become indispensable. I've even used it to strain pasta! Which is sort of a pain if you have a lot-the pasta escapes over the edges. But for smaller amounts this works fantastically. Because of the silicone edging, it also doesn't slide around the sink.Now I don't have to clear a side of the sink, wedge a strainer in there, and try to wiggle stuff around. All that produce can just hang out on the rack, where I can easily see it and the dirt to clean. It's also handy to wash all the produce and then leave it to dry there while I process it. For smaller items, this comes with a mesh overlay so they don't fall between the cracks. I haven't had any problems with the mesh overlay slipping around or falling down between the rods like I thought I would.All of this is phenominally easy to clean and dry as well, and takes up very little space in the cabinet. I know it can be cut to size, but it perfectly fits my sink so I haven't. I also have not had an issue with weight. It looks so flimsy in the photo, but once you get it, it's very sturdy. I admit to using it as a drying rack for my pots and pans, and this rack didn't budge.This is a wonderful, multipurpose kitchen tool, that is worth every penny for its usability and inventiveness.

Love this product!It seems like no matter how much counter space you have its never enough. This definitely solves that problem.I have a LARGE country style kitchen sink and this is perfect! All the other ones were just to small.(LOL that's what she said, I know dad jokes, Ha Ha, sorry). This one fits perfectly, so its not barley holding on while your straining HOT pasta for instance. The rubber on the ends hold so well. I have pit full size watermelon on it and it hold it just fine. Have not had it move any while using it. Works great just for extra space, washing produce ( just put it directly on the rack and rinse. even cherries don't fall through, letting a strainer sit after rinsing. Heat does not bother it at all. I've poured boiling water over it and its strong enough to handle it, also does not affect the appearance. ex changing color, not looking "new". Made from stainless steel so it will not rust, which is great! Not using it at the moment? don't worry about that either. It rolls up nice and tightly and fits just about anywhere. can keep it in a drawer, under the sink etc. rolled up its about the size of an aluminum foil box. I keep mine rolled up and between the sink and backsplash for easy access. I tend to use it every day for one thing or another.This really is a great product! Could really be used for anything. Need to pour a glaze on a dessert? need to rinse fruit? need it to hold that hot pot? it works for that!!! I'm sure you could use it for just about anything if you got creative, even outside the kitchen. Oh you could also cut it if it doesn't fit just so perfect. I am definitely so happy with the purchase and will buy again if I should ever need to, but don't really see that happening.

I bought this to have a little extra space to put things in a small kitchen. I anticipated keeping it stored until needed, but it looks really nice and unfolds to different sizes. The whole rack is coated in silicon to prevent rust and slipping. It fits over the edge of the sink nicely and seems like it would accommodate various sizes. I found the dimension s for length and width reversed (at last the way I think of it) and so be careful you get the right size. The strength is pretty good. Could easily hold a big pot or two, but not if they were full. There's a bit of a bounce to the materials, so it would be difficult to balance an iced tea glass for instance. If you needed something super solid you'd need to go with wood.

I have an extra-deep sink and needed something to cover the widest part. This was perfect! It is adjustable, easy to work with and does what I need. I'm not a fan of dish drainers so this made a good alternative. I can put as much over the sink as I like and move it around. It rolls up when I don't need it and lets me drain directly over the sink without taking up too much room. I like it!
