Q: Will it turn itself off?

Yes it will. You can preset a time and temp and once it’s done it will stay on a Kyle but then shut off. Do it all the time and it stays warm

Thank you for your question! We are disappointed to tell you that we do not sell stainless steel trays. We make sure this coating of the trays is made without PFOA and BPA-free. Also, all our food-contact accessories are certified by FDA. So please don't worry about that. They are safe to use and easy to clean. We hope this helps!

Q: Can 2 racks be used at once to prepare meat and veggies ?

Can't guarantee anything, but we have done this successfully if we pay attention to the higher heat bearing down on one of the racks. We pull one out sometimes while the other continues to cook. We might put the meat in the oven on warm. But we are not professionals and we are so-so cooks, sometimes things turn out awesome for us but not always.
