This cup is wonderful. It stay cold, it washes clean, it's stainless inside, it doesn't hold smells, it retains heat. I have 2 large 2 small.MESSAGE TO LOCKNLOCK: Please sell REPLACEMENT LIDS. Two lock, two don't lock rendering two of my cups useless. PLEASE SELL LID REPLACEMENTS. I WILL BUY THEM. I am hoping to purchase more of these but won't until they sell replacement lids.

I love this mug. I take ice water to bed each night, and take a sip if I wake up in the night. 12 hours later the ice is still there! The color is great and it hand washes quickly. My husband loves his for keeping his coffee hot.

Likes the yellow one so much ordered a purple one too. I got tired of my ice melting so I broke down and thought I would try a stainless cup. I have small hands so I did not want a great big one since they would not fit in my car cup holder. I have smaller hands so this was east to grip and worked perfect for my starbucks drink. I still had to buy a new fancy cup holder insert for my car but my drinks stay colder now and the ice does not melt as fast. if I put my drink in fridge overnight the ice does not melt. everyone at work wanted one too. For the price it's A.m.a.z.o.n.i.n.g.!

This does keep hot drinks hot. The lid doesn’t seal too well but it stays on and can only slowly leak out when tipped.

I have a 20-oz BPA-free insulated plastic mug w/ lid that I used for all my drinking requirements ... hot tea, cold drinks in summer, occasional milkshake, etc.After years of use the plastic mug was looking a bit roughed up, and then there are the recurring warnings about potential issues of using (even BPA-free) plastics. And don't get me started on the warnings of putting (BPA-free) plastics in the microwave, even though my plastic mug clearly states on the bottom that microwave use is 'ok'. So I went looking for a replacement mug ...I wasn't interested in a 'travel' mug. I wanted something I could use on my desk which means something that isn't too tall and won't knock over when I cough/sneeze. It also needed to be (at least) 20oz in size, insulated, have a handle, and it needed a convenient lid (primarily for holding in heat but also to reduce/limit splashing) to drink from. A plus would be a metal rim around the top that my mouth/lips come in contact with (as opposed to plastic or whatever the outer powder coating is made of).This mug fits my primary requirements (I would prefer something a bit more squat - shorter and wider- but that's not to be found at this point in time).Pros: no more worries about side effects of using plastics; insulated; has a handle; unique/convenient lid; pretty stable on the desk (yeah, I've manged to knock it over a couple times but I also managed to do that with the plastic mug)Cons: always on the lookout for future issues including finding a replacement lid, just in case; replacement lids are proving hard to come by (this mug isn't even listed on the LocknLock web site anymore); can't put this in the microwave (ok, sure, I *could* place it in the microwave but, you know what I mean) but then again I had gotten used to using a glass measuring cup to warm up liquids that had been in the plastic mug and that same approach works here, tooPros: the purple 20-oz (currently) has a 30% off coupon so I bought a 2nd one as a 'backup' (and to address the issue of not being able to find a replacement lid)

I have several insulated mugs but I like this one the best. I don’t drink all my morning beverage at once and if I go back hours later it is still very warm.

My favorite color and it keeps my tea warm for a long period of time

I wasn’t specifically looking for a travel mug that would fit in my car, so I don’t mind that it can’t be used for that purpose. However, I prefer the ability to put a straw in my cup, but the opening is incredibly narrow, squeezing the straw. Even when I don’t use a straw, the opening is so small that I barely get anything out. On the positive side, the lid has a locking mechanism in case it tips over. I also like the size of the handle because I was looking for a mug that would be easy to use with one hand, so it earns a star for that as well.My biggest complaint, aside from the size of the lid opening, is that I didn’t realize they were supposed to be hand washed until they arrived. The product description should clearly state that they are hand wash only. I decided to keep them out of necessity (post-wrist surgery), but I’ll take my chances by putting them in the dishwasher as others have done. However, I wouldn’t re-order.
