Good flavor. But, a bit on the runny side of texture. Oddly, its a gainy look yet not to the point of being repulsive.

It isn'y my thing to leave negative ratings but smells slighty rancid or burnt. Should have trusted my instincts about the plastic container.There are better products out there like organic Valley.

I am so glad this available on Amazon. I tasted at my friends place and bought one locally immediately. The taste, flavor and texture of this Indian cow ghee is simply unmatched. I believe that produce it over few days with quite a rigorous quality check and in my opinion, it's visible in this product.

Kanhaiya ghee was simply superb. Very different than any other ghee I've tried. I like the fact that it is made by traditional ayurvedic methods. Ghee made in this manner usually take a lot longer to make as compared to other ghees. It does not have the strong smell I've experienced with many other ghees. It is said Ayurvedic desi cow ghee is very good for health and I'm about to put this to test.Ghee experts would know that Granularity is what differentiates a good ghee from the rest. Kanhaiya ghee definitely has very good granularity.Taste wise, I'd describe it on the milder side. I use it as a spread on my toasts in the morning and substitute it wherever I use Butter. The result is delicious aromatic tasting food. 100% recommend Kanhaiya ghee.
