Not Satisfied
Not our first hot tub but will be the last. Pump ran for 1 hour and is now throwing a E5 error code. Messaged the company with no response. Very disappointed with this whole experience. Would not buy again!!!

Complete CRAP
The pump is not enough for this tub it's a waste of money takes forever to heat pumps slow so it don't filter at all its just a complete waste of time and money

The unit leaks, the instructions are not detailed, and it took 48 hours to heat up. It is not energy efficient at all!

Bad product, didnt work when we received it.
This was bad product from the start, power cord GFI would not stay reset and unit would not power on.

Do not buy this.
Do not buy this. Spend an extra hundred bucks and buy the Coleman (the one we had a few years back was fantastic). We bought this trying to save some money and I'm sure we wasted more on electricity than what I saved in buying cost.Four days in still hasn't reached 100 degrees.The filter doesn't work properly so the chlorine sits on the bottom of the tub.Let's not even get fully into how terrible the instructions were. Luckily we had an inflatable hot tub before so after some frustration we figured it out. There were so many missing instructions and poorly written. They even listed one menu button as 'filing" and we were like what is filing? Finally realized it should be filtering.We are dumping the water and returning. What a waste of time and money.
