Very easily. It peels right off. It's vinyl so it leaves no film or stickiness.

Can this be reused? Use it for a while on a window, then decide to reuse it on another glass window?

Yes. It adheres with water so it would be easy to remove and move to a different window.

What is the privacy of this window film?

It provides full privacy - although light comes through you cannot see in or out. We have it on our bedroom window and it provides complete privacy.

Will this affect plants not getting enough light?

I wouldn't think so because quite a bit of light comes through still.
