Offers much but delivers little.
This product makes great promises and one should consider the price before getting your hopes up.It does provide some cord as the bulk of the product. Whether this is actually true paracord is uncertain, since I've not disassembled and test it. I wouldn't hold my breath. This may not sound like a big deal, but I've relied on parachute cord for many jobs: snares, signals, shelters and a lot more, but the strength of the cord becomes an issue. Thus, I wouldn't trust this poor quality product to provide anything of quality, especially where strength is required.I didn't expect much in the way of the compass and thermometer, and in that regard it doesn't disappoint. Oddly, the thermometer is much larger than the compass. Since I have a pretty good sense of hot and cold, this seems like a waste. Conversely, the compass is tiny and appears to be between 5 and 10 degrees off in declination. Yeow! You'll better by dead reckoning. The firestarter location is clever being integrated into the bracelet clasp. Unfortunately, it produced only two tiny sparks incapable of starting a fire after 50 tries. The whistle is equally worthless. As for its many other tools, most do exist. Again, there is a clever integration of the tiny tool "card" into the bracelet clasp. Keep in mind the size though. You're looking at a tool that is approximately one inch in length and a 1/2 inch in width see picture). Thus, its utility is very limited for all but the smallest jobs. The scraper is even smaller, though the working edge is reasonably sharp. If you want this because it looks cool and/or because you love gadgets, then go for it. However, if you ever expect to count on it. I recommend you look at other products with fewer whistles and bells but greater reliability.Veture Paracord Bracelet 15-in-1 Emergency Survival Kit with Multitools (Scraper, Compass, Thermometer, Fire Starter and Whistle Included) for Ourdoor Camping Hiking (Black)

Cosmetics can be overlooked as long as it's completely functional and useful.
First of all, it does what's intended. It carries a lot of features in a small package. That said, there are some downsides to putting everything in a small space. My biggest concern with this survival device is that the compass can be a little bit sticky. If you need to rely on it, bump it a few times and take frequent readings. Don't rely on a single reading in any given place, or you might end up way off your target heading. The size is also a little awkward. Learn the simple weave pattern used on this bracelet, and you'll be able to re-size the loop to fit. The buckle is a little on the large side. I can't fault the creators for this, since it has to be big enough to fit everything. It can, however, make it a little more awkward, especially if the intended wearer has smaller wrists.I rate this product three stars only because of the issues with the compass. A survival device must be functional first and foremost. Cosmetics can be overlooked as long as it's completely functional and useful.

Great survival gear with lots of features
This is a really cool little gadget bracelet. I bought it for my husband because he camps and likes all things for survival gear. I wish it was a little larger to go with his wrist size. It just seems a little more like a teen size to me. It may be just fine. It has cool gadgets and things he needs in it. The color is nice. It shipped super fast.

Probably not what I'd call a life saver
Not really a great product. It's a mesh cord type of woven bracelet that has a small compass and a metal device that may or may not be effective in breaking a window. I won't know unless I need it. It doesn't look like it would be effective but I can't test it. I would recommend a crowbar, golf club, or tire iron way before I'd think of using this.

Decent
Seems like a decent construction. It is a little big for my wrist but this would still come in handy in a survival situation. Whistle is a little difficult to blow into.
