works great
This is an excellent product. I set the humidistat to the lowest setting & the unit does the rest. It shuts off when moisture/humidity is low & restarts as soon as moisture in area increases.

Works well but a little loud
The media could not be loaded. Bought the 540 model, good price and 2 year warranty. Just note most homes have several vents to choose from, after plugging it in my garage to confirm it ran okay I decided to place it away from where we sat outside, it's not super loud but you can hear it running. So if you can place it away from any area with people. I've attached a short video to hear it running.One more thing we can hear it in the house but only in the room above the crawlspace vent where it's mounted.

Works well but loud
This is a great fan and seems to work really well, however, it is not quiet. I installed it in one of my vents two rooms away from my bedroom and can hear it clearly. The benefits definitely offset the small annoyance. This would absolutely be five stars if it wasn’t for the sound level..

Perfect solution dry high humidiity spaces
Excellent quality, high air flow, and relativly quiet. Dramatically reduced humidiity level in crawl space on day one.

Fast delivery
We purchased this fan for the crawlspace under our house when our contractor noticed some dampness. He installed so not sure on how hard it was about 1 1/2 weeks ago. So far it is doing what it should. We did notice a slight hum with it but we have decided that when we can't hear that anymore, it would mean the fan is broke so we are good with the hum. Good value for the amount of air this fan pushes.

Very powerful but very noisy
This thing moves some air for sure but I put it in my crawl space and it's pretty annoying even from the main floor. I would like it better if there were a few lower speeds for when you just need to keep a little air moving.

Effective at reducing odors and gases
This fan effectively exhausts radon gas, wood gases, and other odors from my crawl space, keeping my living spaces fresh.
