Give the wax time
Love my lava lamp 😁 looks more like the picture in person.My advise though (because there is negative reviews on here) is like any lava lamp you have to give them a chance to melt properly it may look wierd at first but it will soon start doing what lava lamps do. Its wax at the end of the day

Nice lamp
Lovely lamp, easy to set-up but gets REALLY hot. My glitter lamp doesn't get anywhere near as hot as this so don't know if this is normal for a lava lamp.

Very Disappointing
We bought this for our Autistic son for Christmas and have barely used it as it takes more then 30 minutes to heat up the lava, which is consuming a lot of energy and once the lava starts to move it is very minimal. In addition the actually "glass bottle" containing the lava is heating up, so its dangerous for our son to touch it. The lid covering the seal comes off (by design not fault.)So sadly an item that we thought would provide sensory relief isn't used.

So pretty
Very happy with my lava lamp. It heats up quite quickly and its really clear! It's not overly hot o touch which is good. great value for money
