Excellent knife, very sharp and easy to use, very happy with it, must buy

This is a relatively expensive knife, but is worth the money. The knife is relatively stiff (for a flexible knife), but is works very well for filleting.

I have had this knife for some time now and it has become a firm favourite, here is whyLike all Global knives it is very well balancedLike all Global knives it holds an edge very wellIt is the perfect size for filleting and general kitchen workIt is a joy to useThe blade is very flexible, making it ideal for filletingI could not be happier with this knife, it may be expensive but you get what you pay for.A word of warning, if you have not used premium brand knives before then take care with the washing up, never ever put it in the bowl as you could get a very nasty cut front he blade, and never put the knife through the dishwasher as the salt can take the edge of the blade, hand wash - with great care - after use.This knife, whilst expensive could last you a lifetime.Recommended.

Excellent - just the right amount of flexibility to fillet fish cleanly with as little waste as possible.

I am impressed with the Global range and this one is a joy to use. I only deducted a star because it is expensive, though I accept that you get what you pay for but it is still a high price.The knife comes sharp enough to use and is beautifully balanced. It is flexible enough to use on the most delicate of round-fish tasks. Real quality!
