I purchased this sign to replace an old and worn one when I varnished our double gates.Ironically,our old sign read Ravenbrook which was on the gate when we bought the bungalow.Unfortunately,the Post Office had the address as Ravensbrook which meant we had to use this on all change of address details.This was an ideal time to correct the name and complete the re-furbished gates.I was most impressed with the service,I was mailed a choice of fonts for the lettering and after I had mailed back,I received a further choice of 3 which were similar.After I had confirmed my choice and house name,I received a confirmation mail with facsimile sign.After about 10 working days,I received the sign carefully packed in tissue in a bubblewrap bag.On unwrapping,I was absolutely delighted with layout and quality-just perfect!In fact,the sign looked so good,I didn't want to spoil the front and fixed to the gate with screws through from the other side.I would highly recommend this company both for the quality of their work and their service.
