Recommended to me
These were recommended by a health and fitness guru..... I am presuming the provenance mean I am getting a good quality product and feel better for that integrity.

Excellent absorption
I've taken this product for over a year now, and it really does seem to be a high-quality vitamin C supplement, with good assimilation. The bilberry clearly helps with this, and I notice several specific benefits. One, a surgical scar that would get a bit red/inflamed when my vitamin C levels were low (why don't they tell you to supplement with vitamin C after surgery, as it is necessary for the healing process and to build collagen!) was remedied.Second, it really helps with overall well-being and energy. I rarely get sick (usually take 2-3 of these a day in the am and evening). In addition, I also use a pure ascorbic acid powder mixed with juice, bicarbonate of soda (not baking powder), or in sparkling water, to average about 10grams of Vitamin C per day. I do feel the absorption with these tablets are superior to the powder (from a major high street brand), but the powder is much less expensive per gram. The tablets are large, but not too challenging and no stomach/acidity issues. Have also used Biocare's 500mg capsules, which are a great alternative if size is a concern.

Good source of vitamin C and Magnesium, especially if you suffer from acid reflux
Lots of vitamin C is said to be good for staving off virus diseases, from the common cold to the Corona virus. Most vitamin C tablets are made from ascorbic acid, which is not good if you suffer from hyperacidity. But magnesium ascorbate is slightly alkaline and great when taken at bedtime if you suffer from acid reflux. It is also a good source of magnesium. This is particularly important since almost all of us are deficient in magnesium since this is seldom added to chemical fertilizers and we need masses of magnesium since it is needed for at least 300 different enzyme reactions, most of which are concerned with respiration and energy production. Magnesium deficiency is likely to be one of the biggest factors associated with chronic fatigue from which many of us are now suffering.

Good product.
Product just as advertised. This jar arrived in a box far too large with way too much packaging. Ridiculous!

Fantastic
At the first sign of a sniffle or sore throat I start taking the tablets for 2/3 days. I know the science says once you have a cold taking Vitamin C is too late but it seems to work. I think because its magnesium based and is a different formulation to the usual ascorbic acid it seems to work, or maybe it's the Bilberry. Either way it works and my family and I are now all firm advocates.Delivery was excellent as expected

The product is good, but the packaging in which it arrives is ...
The product is good, but the packaging in which it arrives is insecure! It could easily fall out or be tampered with!
