Make no mistake.However, once you understand that, it is a very well designed and useful set of books.This one builds on the previous two, so do NOT start with this one. Find the other two first.This time around, students move on to more complex ideas:comparatives and superlatives, irregular past tense verb families, past participles, irregular verbs.It gives additional subject language for Design and Technology, Maths, Geography, History and the Sciences.It is a phonics based programme, so the SOUND of words is clearly essential. The clever thing is that this book includes free online audio, which is absolutely essential.Worth every penny ! If used properly.N.B. the book itself states ,students will need help reading the instructions. Don't just give this book to the child. They will really struggle. But working with them,it will be really useful.

This is a very useful book I am from Poland and I still learning English everyday and this book make it much easier for me.The workbook includes interactive activities designed to help develop English language It focuses on important areas such as vocabulary, grammar, and reading comprehension, which are fundamental to language learning. I am very happy with this product.
