I recommend using this neck traction pillow for only 5 minutes or so to begin and then gradually increase the time. This neck & shoulder relaxer has relieved most of the nerve pain in my neck which, It will be a little uncomfortable when you first start out since your neck may not be used to the stretch, but after a week, I started dozing during my stretches! I can't recommend this product enough.

This magnetic massage pillow is really good. When you are tired for a day, especially the driver who often drives, you only need to lie on it for 20 minutes to relax your tired neck. The magnetic force can also help you quickly promote blood circulation, and the price is cheap. It is a very good product!

I have struggled with a stiff neck for quite a while now and needed something to help ease that discomfort. I am glad I came across this product. I have used it for about 2 weeks now daily and it has helped stretch my neck and ease the discomfort. I would recommend.

I tried this "neck tool" in every possible position. It caused headaches and hurt my neck, and I could feel it hitting on my bulging discs!! Dangerous.I have cervical spinal stenosis and some herniated discs. Was hoping this would provide gentle alignment and a gentle stretch.It didn't "gently" do anything, even at the "easiest" position.People that just have sore/stiff necks from looking down all day, or working at a computer all day, etc., but no real neck problems might really like the significant stretching (it doesn't "align" anything), and the mild "trigger point" release for tight muscles its little metal balls provide.But IF YOU HAVE REAL NECK PROBLEMS, LIKE HERNIATED DISCS, BULGING DISCS, SPINAL STENOSIS, OR "WHIPLASH," THIS PRODUCT HURTS AND CAUSES MORE HARM AND CAN EVEN FURTHER DAMAGE TO YOUR NECK!!!So please be careful. I started the return process, but missed the return window. So now I am just "stuck" with this thing. Will not give it away to anyone as I am concerned it can seriously hurt someone with real neck problems.

This is an excellent neck stretcher. Be careful and position yourself correctly on it because I put my neck right on it and the metal balls made it so painful that I thought this wasn’t for me but when I moved my head a little higher it felt very comfortable and my neck felt like it was getting a stretch.I have several neck stretchers and this one is unique in that it has metal balls and is bigger and it’s noticeable that it’s made well. It’s priced reasonably and anything that helps with your posture and keeping your spine straight is worth it in my opinion.

Very comfortable! My neck feels so much better after a couple minutes of use. I put it on the ground and lay on it and after 5 to 10 minutes it already makes a big difference!

Very hard, hurts neck

I’ve been using this for over two weeks already and I have to say my neck pain has definitely gone down a lot. I would recommend starting with 5 minutes a day then slowly progress to 10 minutes.
