Heavenly colored and perfect pigments!
Bought the 16 pack after getting one of the bigger containers of Starry Night. These are absolutely gorgeous pigments, and have the best color shift I've seen in almost every pigment I've used. I do a lot of resin projects, so bought these. The only issues I've had was mine didn't come with the brushes like it said it would, and there was a little pigment on the outsides of the containers. But other than that, I will not complain. I'm very surprised no resin artist on YouTube that I've watched has made a video on how amazing these are. I want every color in the biggest container. Run, don't walk to get these! You won't be disappointed. 💜

The best colorshift pigments on Amazon
I tested these against 2 "budget" sets and two more high end brands, all available on Amazon, and these are by far the best of the bunch. The colors are saturated with a visible shift on dark backgrounds and there is a decent assortment of blues and greens, which were limited in the other sets. It mixed easily in acrylic mediums and the jars were well sealed with no spillage. I'll definitely buy these again.

Absolutely gorgeous colors
Colors turned out really cool! We used it to make a crawfish table. My husband was so proud to display it at the last crawfish boil.

Great colors
The media could not be loaded. I used this on a dark base on my walls. It catches the light so nicely.

Still Testing….
These are beautiful colors. Some of them I can see a chameleon effect when I tilt my container. Other colors from this set appear rich but I only see a change of a dark to a lighter color (a shine). However, this is 18 dollars which is far less money than most others out there. So, let’s talk about the ones where I do see changes. I see:1 that changes from yellow to red to purple,1 that changes from blue to purple,1 that Changes from pink to yellow,1 that Changes from green to yellow,And 1 that Changes from Purple to yellowI used these by rubbing them into a tray. Then I poured black resin over them.I just looked at the description photos at the top of the page again of the colors. On 4 of the colors, they show changes of a light to dark color. But for the other 12 colors on the description photos, they do show a stronger chameleon shift.I will need to test these more in resin to see if 12 of these colors really do shift. Some people said that they look better when mixed into resin instead of rubbed on so I will try that too definitely. I am still in the decision making mode about this product overall. I would suggest to you going mostly by the photos that people post of how they are using these powders and base your decision on that. See in the photos if there is enough of a chameleon shift. Because it may be that some people are writing reviews that don’t have experience with chameleon powders. I will post more photos when I have tried the product more. Take care and here’s wishing you joy and inspiration!

Makes great color shifting acrylic paint!
I'm really impressed with these powders! I've never used anything like this, but wanted to find something to redo some metal yard ornaments my mom had bought me that had faded. I spray painted the pieces in gloss black, then mixed the powder with clear gloss polyacrylic. It did take quite about an 1/8 tsp powder to a Tbsp of acrylic to get these results, but the paint goes a long way! Both pieces were completed with only 1 Tbsp of mixed paint. I then put on 2 layers of just the polyacrylic for protection. Time will tell how long it holds up to summer weather, but it's simple enough to redo.
