One of the GREATEST "2nd Albums" by a Band.. Blondie experimented here demonstrating both the light poppy "Denis", with the slightly darker "(I'm Always Touched by Your) Presence Dear" and in between some great "missed" singles in "Love at the Pier" "Kidnapper" (a HIT in Japan!), "I Didn't have the nerve to say No!" and the frantic "Fan Mail" (one of the strongest endings to a song ever)... and you get to watch the band on the turntable as the music plays... MAGIC!

I liked this record because it was full of well-made songs, three of which should be in every "best" list.

One of the first albums I bought, it sounds just as good today. I even persuaded my teenage daughter to listen, a couple of tracks are now on her playlist.

My favourite Blondie album. Plastic Letters is a hard hitting album from start to finish unlike Parallel Lines they are very few " Pop " songs here. A brilliant album from start to finish a breath of fresh air when it was released in 1978.

Absolutely thrilled with this purchase.
