Love the vitamins packs, but mine had gone bad by the time they reached me
The “best buy” date on the packets I received was still in the future, but these were unusable due to the fact that they’d gone bitter. I regularly take these vitamins, and the ones I order from the manufacturer’s website never taste like the ones I got from this order. Very disappointed, would not recommend buying these on Amazon.

Vegan Multivitamin Liquid Gel
I’ve just finished the 7 day pack that I received. Have I noticed a differences between this and my normal multivitamin? I have not. Although, I have not noticed a difference when I would take a multivitamin regularly vs not.I chose to take these as is and not mix it in anything. That would have been an unnecessary step for me. These don’t taste terribly but they don’t taste good either. It reminds me of concentrate that one would mix with water, quite mango-y to me.So, according to the packaging, these should be taken with food. As I don’t eat till lunchtime, I carry it with me when I’m out and about. So, portability is great. I would much rather take it in the morning shortly after waking, as that’s what I’m accustomed to, as well as ensuring that I don’t forget to take it.I’ve read that absorption is better as a liquid vs pill/gummy version but the downside would be that they are less stable resulting in a loss of ingredients over time. So, expiration date would be a lot sooner for these than pill/gummy form. My expiration date was 06/23.While I don’t think this is for everyone, as it is expensive, I believe those individuals who have issues that other versions of multivitamins don’t address, would benefit most from these. Oh yeah, and they’re vegan.

Has stevia
It is seemingly impossible to find adequate supplements for a vegan diet that does not contain stevia and does not contain added sugars I am so disappointed i wasted my money on this product i though i made sure before i purchased it. i will be returning.

Convenient for travel, good ingredients and taste
The combination of vitamins, minerals, omega, vegan blend, and amino acids is awesome! The concentration of omega and amino acid is too low compared to other products, but given that the potential for higher absorption from the gel format, it’ll be hard to compare.I tried taking a shot straight from the pack but wasn’t a fan of the concentrated taste, so I mixed it with water and really liked it, especially for an all natural ingredients product. Keep in mind that the taste can’t be compared to normal juice that would usually have added sugar. Mixing with water required stirring since the gel settles in the bottom, but it mixes easily with no residue. On the manufacturer website, they are showing a study results for vitamin E being taken through microgel compared to tablets, and it shows that microgel is far superior with over 200% absorption. It is known that most of vitamins in tablet format go to waste due to low absorption, and this is why the liquid, gel, and liposomal multivitamins are the new hit, and they are all more expensive than the cheap tablets (I’m not saying this product is cheap, or but not expecting it to be in par with tablets price). Also, I found on their website that they offer money back guarantee if you don’t see an improvement in your lab test for micronutrients, but it requires 30 days test, so at least 4 packs of this product. If you plan to commit, check out their reward program to save some money.I also like the convenience of taking 1 pack to work and consume it in the early morning (I don’t like taking vitamins first thing in the morning, but that’s a personal preference and not an advice. I usually take them around 10AM).

Great For Anyone On A Strictly Plant-Based Diet
I ordered these Vegan Liquid Gel Multivitamins as I do need to get daily vitamin supplementation, and figured I would try this form. I've always tried capsules/tablets which were ok, but many times they were big and hard to swallow. I am not strictly into the "vegan" aspect, but that is a plus. It says to take one packet daily and the box contains 30 packets. It also says it has a pleasant peach mango flavor and can either be taken by mouth straight from the packet or added to a beverage or even food as long as the food isn't cooked/heated. I decided to squirt a little out on a plate first and taste it. I am glad I did! It looks dark gold in color(sort of like an egg yolk). I didn't like the taste and to me, it had a "medicinal" taste to it. I figured I would add it to a small glass of water to which I added a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and honey. It tasted a bit better like that. I forgot that I had some pineapple juice and am sure it will taste fine in that. I think it would also taste fine in some flavored green tea but I'm not sure if the "heat" thing applies. To be safe, I could wait until the tea is at room temperature then add the gel vitamins. It also would taste fine in other juices(such as orange, mango, apple, etc.). I think it would also taste fine in yogurt(as recommended). This liquid gel multivitamin includes Biotin which I thought was a nice addition. Since I took the liquid gel multivitamin right before this review, I can't attest to me feeling energized by it. I will add this to my daily regimen and if I start noticing myself feeling better or any other positive results, I will be purchasing it on a regular basis. The price is comparable to other low-end liquid vitamins. It is great for anyone that has a strictly plant-based diet. I only gave this 4 stars until I know how it makes me feel.
