I have been using this for over a week now, I drive around 150 to 200 miles per day and find this amount of driving daily has been taking its toll on the base of my spine and hips plus modern hard car seats get uncomfortable after a few hours driving especially when stuck in traffic hold ups for long periods. This cushion has been great, relieving much of the fatigue, aches, pains and stiffness, I also find that because it raises my seating height a little my knees are not above my hips so relives the associated joint aches also. This product works for me, my only criticism is that the cushion could be a bit longer to give more thigh support.Update to above , since buying this product I have now covered around 24k miles, the cushion is still doing a great job, no back or hip problems and no signs of wear on the cushion itself. The memory foam inside must be of a very good quality because it has retained its shape without becoming flattened or stretched. I would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately flattens too much with my weight :-( (i'm 18st ) :-( and it certainly hasn't helped relieve my problem with my coccyx, so i'm going have to try and find something with a much thicker/stronger filling. The actual seat is very well made and will help a little if you are a lightweight, I expect!

I use this in my office chair and think it is great. It relieves pain I was experiencing from prolonged sitting for work. I also use it in the car which is great.

Has helped ease my sciatic pain while driving.
