I ordered 2 of these tests for my daughters. They were delivered quickly by amazon. They came in envelopes with instructions, a bag for hair sample and a card to fill in the tested person's name and contact email address. There was also a pre paid postage envelope to return your samples in.I got results within one week to my email. Very in depth breakdown of many food and non food elements.One of my daughters' already had confirmed food intolerance of egg white through a separate blood test and this dna hair test did pick the egg white sensitivity also. This makes me think the results are credible.I take the results as a guideline of what allergens should be looked into in more depth next.
