Lovely, natural color with excellent grey coverage.
Lovely color! Bought this instead of a 'normal' home hair color. It was easy to mix and easy to understand instructions. Gave me really good grey coverage. I am not a professional hairdresser but I do have the other items needed to use (tint bowl, brush, oxydant/developer) so you will need those if you don't already have them. My hair grows fast and all the other store bought colors went too dark on my hair. The color gave a lovely natural look and left my hair feeling really soft and shiny. I would definitely recommend this product.

Wonderful color
I’ve been using cool cover for years because I personally do not like red-ish results but cool nuances. This colour it is the best if you want a more natural looking hair with no hidden surprises.

WAY darker than I expected
I opted for a lighter shade this time because the previous 6.1 was too dark when I first put it on...this 7.17 cool cover is even darker, I can't believe it. It's supposed to be 'dark ash blonde' but it's dark brown, almost black and my hair is dull and dry. Are these shades being sold on Amazon because they've been packaged wrongly? I might as well have bought a cheap supermarket version because that's what my hair now looks like. Not happy at all.

Nice colour - not good grey coverage
This is a lovely colour, a very natural looking dark blonde. However it's not effective for grey coverage which is a shame as I love the colour and product.

This item arrived damaged
Although this item arrived on time, it was damaged and the contents had run out of the back of the tube all over the packaging. It's clearly old stock and I wouldn't be able to comment on the quality as it had to go straight in the bin.
