I purchased the Turmeric with BioPerine because turmeric has been used as an anti-inflammatory for millennia. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. Osteoarthritis has caused my finger joints to deform, so I wanted to start taking a safe supplement that will decrease inflammation. Aside from reducing inflammation, recent research suggests that turmeric may also be helpful in preventing Alzheimer’s disease. I’ve experienced typical age-related memory loss, like forgetting which word to use on occasion, but that is so minor compared to the increasingly severe symptoms that Alzheimer’s brings on as it advances through the brain. I was pleased that BioPerine is part of this product since it’s known to increase the absorption of nutrients in supplement formulations. My joint deformity won’t reverse, but I can at least act to prevent it from worsening and maintain full mobility.

I’m glad to have tumeric again after running out!! I’ve been taking to decrease inflammation im my joints and i believe it helps. I like this one because it has BioPerine in it, which makes the actual tumeric absorb better so you get more of the anti-inflammatory effects. Great deal for the amount and properties of the supplement.

I gotta say, this Turmeric is really good. I lift weights and jog regularly and since turmeric is an anti-inflammatory it’s been very helpful in keeping me from being sore after intense workouts. Especially after running if I do not take turmeric I feel a lot of joint pain! This tumeric has 650mg which should be more than enough to keep me moving

Ordering my second bottle. I used to mix up a turmeric concoction every day, but it makes your glass so hard to clean. I found these and love the ease of getting my daily turmeric with the ease of a pill.
