When I first saw these I thought about them and almost pulled the trigger and ordered them 3-4 X before finally placing the order. They arrived yesterday. If you zoom in you will see there is a matrix of plastic formed with tiny little air pockets. I view this as a place perfect for epoxy to hold up in and get a good grab on the liner, a much better grab than can every be achieved with vulcanized paper or G-9. There is also a very high friction coefficient, meaning, if you place them on any surface and put your fingers over them and attempt to slide them across, even a very slick surface, they will naturally resist. This is because friction is built into them. Kind of like a good pair of sports shoes. The really good shoes are designed with materials that really "stick" to a basketball floor, or whatever surface they were designed for. When I was sent this opportunity to evaluate the product, I immediately went to the order box and ordered two more sets of these liners. I fully anticipate, that once people discover them, this will disrupt the liner industry, they are that good. That is my opinion.

These are nice, proportionally sized to make less waste. Easy to work, and look great when finished.

I tried 3 times to epoxy to different knife scales using new epoxy. Scuffed with 40 grit paper seemed to work the best but I could still separate and pull the liner off the scale with minimal force.
