The best hanging folders I’ve ever seen!!
Seriously, these are soo nice. The material of the folder itself, but the whole bar across the top is metal. The divider clip things are solid hard clear plastic. I’ve literally never seen nicer hanging folders. I’m a Custom Furniture maker and only use these in conjunction with filing cabinets I make.

Better than the regular office folders….
I love the fact that these dividers are plastic material, I feel like they will last longer than the regular office card stock. I love how the label holder are thick and sturdy. I just wish they would of had a different color option.

Comix Plastic 20-Pack Hanging File Folders - VERY thin but will work
I have recently begun to replace my old folders with some new ones.I was excited to get this plastic set because the old hanging file folders that I normally use wear out so quickly. I chose the 4-color pack, which will help me stay better organized. This set comes in a 20 pack of hanging file folders. The folders are VERY thin compared to the other poly/plastic folders that I recently purchased. I included a picture of this folder and my previous folder.I like the metal tops/linings across these folders better than the plastic tops on my other folders. I feel they will hold up better and hang better with the metal linings. The bottom is scored, making the folder expandable. As far as the claim of holding 120 sheets, I am not sure. As shown in one of my pictures with the red folder, I did place a huge number of papers in one of the folders. The folder has held up well so far.I always use a label maker to label my files instead of writing on them. I just like things to be neat and tidy. The tabs are quite unique, although I am not a fan. It took me a few tries to get the labels in the tabs. Once you get the hang of putting the labels in the tabs, you'll be like okay that was easy.Although thin, I trust that these folders will hold up and last. Being plastic, they are tear and water-resistant. I don't see them ripping or fading.A full sheet of inserts for the tabs is included, so you can change them as often as you need.I gave a 4-star review only because of the thinness of the folders.

Very durable
Since I use these for organizing metal cutting dies, they need to be very durable. I found these to be the answer. Paper ones just fell apart after using.

Thin but tough
The vinyl sheeting used for these folders is very thin and floppy and slippery compared to ordinary card-stock folders. This makes it more difficult to carry a stack of folders, without folders and contents sliding onto the floor. The labels are also a bit tricky to insert into the plastic tabs. The instructions printed on the label sheet simply say "Write the content then stuff the tab." Fortunately, I found the pictures on the product page that demonstrate how to slide the labels into the tabs from the top down.In every other respect, these folders are superior to any other hanging folders I've used. The metal/plastic hanger strips that hold the folders are stronger than ordinary plastic or metal strips. I dropped half of a 500-sheet pack of paper into one of the folders. No sweat. I added a 1-inch stack of statements. Still no buckling. (See photo.)What's more, the hanger strips are securely attached to the vinyl folders instead of sliding through a channel at the top. This is a big advantage in the fireproof file boxes where I hang my folders. All my other folders have strips that can slide back and forth, even sliding completely inside the channel on one end, so that side of the file collapses into the box while the other end of the hanger strip blocks the lid from closing. On cheaper folders, those channels are prone to popping apart under stress, too.The Comix plastic tabs are triple-atomic strength compared to the usual flimsy plastic tabs that are sharp and get brittle with age. The design is kind of convoluted, but once you install them on the hanger strips, you can leave them there forever. It's easy to slide them to any position across the strip.Even the labels are made of super-strong coated card-stock. Which is a good thing, because I would have mutilated lesser labels "stuffing" them into the tabs. The vinyl folder material, although thin and more flexible than I would like, looks likely to outlast the card-stock folders that get tatty and torn with use.I like having 4 assorted colors in the box of 20 folders. Easier to pull a particular file out of the box. These Comix folders are a lot more expensive than standard hanging file folders, but the premium price delivers durability and features that will be worth the money to many users.

Plastic Hanging File Folders
I REALLY like these hanging file folders! They're made of plastic, so they're not going to rip apart if I over-stuff them. The hangers are attached to the strip across the top of each folder and are made of a sturdy material which looks like metal, but I don't think it's actually metal. I can bend it with my hands, if I try hard enough. But it's definitely sturdy enough for filing purposes. The sides are open, so if you have contents wider than the folder, they can protrude from the folder easily. Or the contents can easily fall out if you're not careful.I chose the variety color pack. There are 5 folders of each primary color: blue, green, yellow and red. The colors are rich and vibrant. They measure 11.5" wide by 9.75" high, definitely a great size for letter size papers. But these folders can be used to hold all kinds of things - crafts, fabrics, artwork, etc.I like the fact these come with a sheet of perforated labels. And the label tabs are made of sturdy, clear plastic, so they'll last for a long time and won't rip. They come detached. And you can attach each tab wherever it works for you.And these all come in their own box which was shipped inside an Amazon box. So I use their box to store the labels, tabs and folders which I'm not using. It's all very convenient and helps me be efficient.

Getting Organized
Sometimes you just have to get organized. Paperwork can become a mess, so these folders are helpful in setting up a file box or drawer to reduce the mess on your desk. They are rugged, easy to use, and the colors can help with the organization method too.
