I can't say for sure if these were entirely beneficial for altitude because I live in Kansas. They're vitamins. They do provide a boost of energy but not like a pre-workout or energy drink or something like that. I mean, it's beneficial and works in that way. They're large sized, so a bit difficult to swallow.

Can't say I've noticed a difference in my athletic performance after taking this supplement compared to not taking it, but can't think of it being bad to take a little extra B vitamin and iron. Tablets are large as others noted, but can be swallowed.

As a competitive athlete that lives at sea level, I am skeptical about Altitude Boost efficacy, but the ingredients listed do have cardiovascular and lung efficiency support. I have trained at high altitudes, and supplementing iron is something I would do. But at training at sea level, I typically wouldn't take extra iron unless the humidity is high over consecutive days. I do know that NAC helps with breathing and lung capacity. B vitamins provide energy support. I like the presumption of the product, and I look forward to testing it out. But knowing that you still have to do the "work" to gain any benefits and whether or not they are from the Altitude Boost supplements or just from aerobic improvement will be up to the user. I just don't put blind faith in supplements alone.

Little harder to swallow that what I'm used to. I didn't get a chance to try activities at altitude, but at more normal altitude, it doesn't seem to greatly increase my stamina that could say for sure.

Overall Good Basic Supplement. Nothing super special to write home about. They seem to give a mild boost due to the vitamin mixture. I think it is worth adding to the regimen. Not exactly sure why they are marketed as "altitude," but whatever. as a long distance endurance runner, I am up to trying anything at the right price. These do what they do. I like them well enough to buy again.

Unfortunately I cannot state whether or not these worked for me since the bottle smelled like rotten eggs upon opening and I'm not comfortable taking them. It was properly secured with both an external and internal safety seal so they were not tampered with and the printed expiration date is still around 18 months in the future, but I do not want to take the risk of consuming these in case they are spoiled somehow (due to transportation conditions or something similar). Hopefully this is an isolated incident and the product works well for others.
