I like to imbibe around 5 litres of fluids per day and a pint of Tick Tock Rooibos makes a change from sipping plain water.After my dinner in the evening I like a hot (caffeine free) beverage to aid with digestion. Tick Tock Rooibos is my “go to” choice. It’s a unique tasting drink, refreshing with a ton of health benefits.
