Decent product, It does what it claims.
It does what it claims, the package cutter isn't sharp or hazardous .I felt thats good. I felt it's a bit on expensive side. Otherwise decent product.

Cutter doesn’t work.
The cutter is useless. But they wanted it for the other feature and that works very well.

Useless product
This product is of no use. The ink doesn't hide even if you swipe/roll the product again n again. The plastic knife/cutter is just pointy not sharp. I thought the description said 2 ink refill bottle(no ink) will be provided. Rather use your scissors/knife and a remover pads to remove the address on packages.
