Excellent Flour
If you bake your own bread you cannot beat this flour it has a 15 pct protein so you get a strong dough, good rise and a nice chewy bread.

Bought these are couple of years ago and they were great! Then for some reason I never repurchased, until recently and I now remember how much I loved baking with this bread flour!The protein level is close to 15% which is amazing for us bread(s) bakers! Its amazing! This does of course mean you will have to increase your water ratio, but that's a good thing in my opinion.Using this flour means I am about 90% water ratio, which means the dough and end product i make has a much softer and lighter texture, but still with an amazing crust.I think I will probably only always buy this flour now, I don't know why I ever stopped before!

Great for Sourdough
This is the best flour for Sourdough without question. I’ve tried loads of different ones but always come back to this. Good price. Sometimes a bit short dated (although not out of date) so 1 star deducted. Otherwise good value product which consistently performs.

Nice flour always use this along with the seeded and spelt versionsyou make bread with this then make with store bough you can tell the difference hands down

WHEAT - CALCIUM - IRON -NIACIN - THIAMIN - ALL GOOD
I have used Very Strong Canadian bread flour for years - it costs a little more but it is the best - we only have one life - so we should aim at looking after it.I use it in a bread-maker and use half white Canadian White and half Wholemeal Spelt, and one tablespoon of wholefood ground nuts or seeds. I also replace a small amount of water with oat milk. The result is a softer loaf that is high fibre and easy to digest.I should add that this was not my usual brand, but it is an old and much-respected brand, and to my delight, it is cheaper, and by getting it through Amazon Premium, I have avoided paying postage on what is a heavy package, Win Win Win.So - on the understanding that this is a well-known and respected brand, and that I have used Canadian White for many years, I am confident to recommend this flour.This is an update on my previous review - I was right to be confident, in fact, I have just taken delivery of my second order, which arrived promptly, and it was also on special offer, so I am doubly happy.I have also been experimenting and have found that a good amount (to taste) of dried herbs added to the mix is seriously yummy.-
