Easy Read, Weak Advice
The best feature of this book is the large print which makes it a pleasure to read. I'm a huge fan of cacao and expected this book to feature details of the health benefits of cacao. It starts off good with some casual mentions of the benefits of cacao. It's only 40 pages (with very little content per page) so it's very overpriced. Worst of all, is after scolding modern chocolate for destroying the health benefits of cacao, this book proceeds to include multiple recipes that call for adding sugar and milk (exactly the reasons to NOT buy off the shelf chocolate). One recipe even mentions "You can use cacao powder, or the heated and processed Dutch cocoa, which is easy to find at the store and has similar health benefits." - No! If you want healthy, you don't want Dutch cocoa.
