Impressed with their performance
I bought these things because my new partner says that I've been snoring a bit at night and she is an extremely light sleeper. I had no expectations of this working at all, but I did want to do something because I did not want her to wake up through the night because of me. Surprisingly, she says my snoring has been cut down by 85% of what it used to be. She is very happy I made this purchase. I honestly love the way I can breathe when I put them on. Sometimes I'll just put them on during the day whenever I feel like my nasal cavities are "blocked" (since I was little only one of my nasal cavities works at a time for some reason). I instantly feel like I can breathe 50% better when I put them on.FYI: If it matters, I do not have sleep apnea or any previous history of snoring. My girlfriend says the snoring is very mild and irregular throughout the night. So this has been my experience. I cannot guarantee it will work the same for someone with actual respiratory conditions.

Better than big tape overs
Spare the boxes of heavy duty tape over the nose products. In place of ripping the skin off your nose this invention holds the nostrils open effectively without glue or skin color matching issues. It is however, obvious, and no way cosmetically presentable in polite society. Can be used every night until the hearty synthetic rubber hoses fail from age or stress. Could be months? Various sizes are provided in the box and so most variants of the human and even Neanderthal survivors should be accommodated.

Did the trick!
I fell and deviated my septum. The Dr recommended trying this, until I could have surgery as there is little to no air moving on the right side. They took a bit to get used to, but when my nose gets stuffy at night, it wakes me up! I put in the medium sized vents and can go back to sleep. It might help the non affected side more, but either way, I breathe better and can fall back asleep.

Works good for nasal snorers!
I got this product for my fiancée who snores like crazy. It seems like he's always snoring from his nose and is all stuffed up. So far this has really helped him to breathe better at night and it seems to have decreased the snoring! The only drawback is he said it's a little uncomfortable at night, and can make his nose itchy. But at least I can sleep better lol

Uncomfortable
I’d rate lower due to how uncomfortable this design is and how hard it is to understand which is the best size. However, they do provide multiple sizes, so I increased my rating. May help others more than it helped me

They're okay
This product is okay. Is not going to cure your deviated septum in any way shape or form. I found that out of all the ones that came with it only 2 fit. And that's fine. I use them they're okay. I think you get the same effect with breathing strips for your nose. As well another company that is not deliver on time not appreciated and will not order from them again.

Works well!
My husband and I both snore, and I tend to feel like it's difficult to breathe through my nose frequently. I decided to try these on a whim, because it's cheaper than many of the other options to address breathing issues during sleep. I didn't have too high hopes though. We've used these for a couple nights so far and both have really liked them. I've noticed that my husband has pretty much stopped snoring with these. I noticed these make it much easier for me to breathe when using them.I'm glad they send a range of sizes because the one I started with (which I thought would be right) was way too big. Once I was using the right size and had them fully in, they were fairly comfortable, aside from a little itritation at the deepest edge. I'm sure I will get more used to them as I use them more regularly. It will take more time to Guage the impact of my sleep quality, but it seems promising so far!

Didn't work for my nose
Did not work for me while sleeping. Simply didn't fit and also did not increase airflow. The tape strips you put on your nose to widen has become my go-to for increasing airflow.
