Not amazing quality

Quality not as expected. When received the bracelets the knot was already loose but continued to use as my 5 year old has severe separation anxiety and it made him happy knowing we had matching bracelets. Now it’s completely broken and undone and unable to use. My little boy was so upset

The bracelets themselves are nice. The little card is lovely. But im confused why on the baby bear bracelet it says BABY BEAYErm, what is a beay? Disappointed that it doesn't say baby bear like its suggested it says.
