Again the winner. Bring back the bigger pouch though
Still can’t go wrong with these and the rest of thier line up. They don’t last forever… but they are so thin and comfortable.Only complaint is the pouch has sort of disappeared. Not as much chafe protection as earlier products

I like Lapasa mens micro modal underwear but this material is heavier than others I’ve purchased

High Quality Products
I have ordered from Lapasa three times. I twice ordered base layers and most recently boxer briefs. I am really impressed with the comfort and guality of all my products. Definitely recommended.

Velvety smooth on the skin. My most comfortable underwear I own.
After reading other reviews about how soft and comfortable these were, I thought I'd give them a try. They exceeded my expectations. The modal fabric is a game-changer. Much softer than cotton. It's comparable to climbing in bed with cheap, rough sheets vs. climbing into bed with quality sheets that have a high thread count. Much softer and luxurious. I've also had other brands that also included polyester, but those tend to be shiny/silky and not very moisture wicking. I liked that these had everything going for them - incredibly soft and supple on the skin, and full coverage like I expected. The pouch in front is a refreshing change from the old briefs of the past. More room and more comfortable for 'the bits'. Many boxer briefs I've had also tend to bunch up or fit too tight on the legs and cause irritation after a while, but not these. They have enough stretch not to do that. There is also a traditional waistband to keep them in the right place comfortably. These are without a doubt the most comfortable underwear I've had and I will be buying more. Only downside is that I wish they had more colors available.

Not Seamless
These are fairly soft and have a nice stretch, but they absolutely are not seamless. The interior seams aren't even flat. So if that is important to you, look elsewhere

Not designed well at all anymore! Read this before buying!
Simply, whoever re-designed these has no idea what’s comfortable for mens underwear. First off the new material is nice. It is much better than the previous 95/5 material. That’s a huge step. However the cut is way off in these! First the pouch which used to be roomy and the seam wrap around the side of you “package” is wayyy to small now and believe be I’m average in this dept. Nothing special here. In the picture the blue pair is the new redesigned ones. The grey is one of my pairs of the original lapasa trunks they used to make (never should have changed!) Context: They changed them because they said they were making them better but have had nothing but complaints since. Anyways you can clearly see in the pictures how the old pouch was wider than the new pouch they have now. The old pouch was perfect. Single layer, perfect width, depth and length to hug everything just right. I would even like to try the double layer they have now but the pouch is so narrow on the width the seams don’t even go around the side of your package. It’s really weird!! Secondly the depth of the pouch is nowhere near what it was. You can see for yourself how shallow the 3d pouch is now. No way at all it creates the “hammock” feel so many people were in love with on the first type of these. I mean what is it going to take to get a company to listen here. You changed the fabric back to a softer fabric so congratulations you did something right. But come on, change back to the cut/design of the first series of these and you will be perfect. That’s why so many people loved them before. I still have pairs of these from 4-5 years ago I wear and they have a few small holes but they still work. They have lasted a long time and that was the original material people! If you want a pair to copy I’ll send them to you just give me an address. Geez. They changed the waist band. We’ll great. I can’t even wear them hardly to tell you how that works because the pouch is such a disappointment and uncomfortable.

Not as good as the originals
I was about to be excited to see these finally listed again. Then I realized these are the new ones I most recently bought. I read the reviews and realized what's going on with my new ones. The pouch isn't as big, as others pointed out, but also the waist band is bigger. The short leg version is much longer than the original short leg version. All these years later, and I still have not found a suitable replacement for the original version of these. The originals were the absolute best. These are a far cry. It's too bad...

Great eco-friendly choice
Very happy with these.Like that they were packaged in cardboard rather than plastic. The cardboard was much easier to recycle.Wasn't really familiar with the fabric, modal, before purchasing these but guessed it was something like bamboo. In fact these are really soft, similar to bamboo products I have purchased in the past, but seem much more breathable than bamboo fabric products I have purchased before. When searching up modal fabric to try to figure out what these were I found modal takes 10-20x less water to produce than cotton....WOW!The 6" inseam is very similar to Hanes brand men's large. The waistband is slightly larger, but is similar fit to the Hanes as the waistband on these is much more robust and appears to be stitched on much better.I dig that the tags are easy to remove. Tugged on it and it came off. I wish every piece of clothing I owned had removable tags like this. All around a nice find.

Previous versions much better
As other reviewers have commented, this is a worse fit than previous versions. Still fairly comfortable, but pouch is smaller/tighter, providing less control. Requires regular 'adjustment'. Previous versions were such a good fit, I've worn nothing else for about 8 years. I also found the waist band a little loose/ legs a little tight. So disappointed in this latest version that I've returned them.

If you have very big/muscular thighs, avoid - A longer cut would've made these fantastic.
UPDATE: The manufacturer was OK to send me a size bigger (XXL) to reduce the way the pants ride up the thigh. It has reduced it a bit, but unfortunately they still bunch up a bit.I really do have very big thighs (72cm or ~28 inches circumference at the widest), so despite these pants being so good in every other regard, I would think if you have really big/muscular thighs (eg Chris Hoy), these prob aren't the pants for you...I had hoped these would fit like UnderArmour pants do, but unfortunately they don't. (If they were a bit longer in the design and went further down the leg, that would solve the problem as it would go over the widest part of the thigh muscle.)It's a shame, 'cos apart from that they're a great price, and when I first put them on, they're comfy. But after that they immediately start riding up my leg.

small or medium 34 inch waist.
These are nice Briefs I have bought them before but have come back to buy more , They're comfortable., Very soft material against the skin. I'm a 34 inch waist and originally. bought. Medium. however. I've recently bought some more in a size small. And to be honest, there's very little difference in the sizing for me . both sizes hold you very well. and are not tight at all to wear, You don't even know you've got them on. Will buy again.

Have now got a complex about the appearance of my genitals
Not until I bought this underwear did I realise that there are more important things to underwear than quick drying, comfort and breathability. They cling to your genitals like a wet cloth and make for a disturbingly graphic sight, reminiscent of Han Solo frozen in carbonite à la The Empire Strikes Back. In traditionally fitting men's briefs you can look down and expect to see everything neatly bundled in such a way that preserves some modesty- whereas these simply create what appears to be a boxer's speedbag, complete with pendulum-like swinging effect when in motion.Additionally, the material is such that even on a man of slender build such as myself, the width of my arsecheeks is enough to stretch the fabric to sufficiently create a provocative lingerie effect, akin to the work of a tight-fisted bathroom privacy window froster.Pros: Quick-drying, comfortableCons: Makes your package look like the Child Catcher's nose
