Ideal for the cold season: extremely lightweight Gore WINDSTOPPER overshoes keep your feet wonderfully warm. They fit snugly on shoes for a close fit. A zipper on the back makes for easy off and on.

Warm till 40F
PROS: Nice bootie. Will keep feet reasonably warm until 40 degrees. nice zipper action off-set from the back of the bootie so not to interfere with zippers on the back of riding tights. high-vis (yellow). stretchable to peel down and tighten your cycling cleat. reflective strip on back is good for twilight visibility. Good looking.CONS: I ride in weather below 40 degrees, therefore my feel sometimes get a little cold.

Comfortable feet
My feet were comfortable at around 25 F (not warm or cold, which is really ideal). They're not super pretty but they're functional.

Water Resistant?
Gore - "For warm and DRY FEET on rainy, cold days". Yeah... Previously I had Sugoi, a seam-sealed waterproof overshoe, but they were about five years and had some holes, so my feet got wet after about 15-minutes into a ride. This was to be expected. The replacement Gore overshoes have three seams, one is right down the middle and none are taped, or sealed. So at the seams, you guessed it, the rain seeps in and my feet got wet. Windproof and warm, yes. Dry feet when it rains? This was a no for me.

Piece of crap.
Zipper failed on right bootie after 3 uses. GORE warranty process is downright painful to deal with and slow as molasses. Save your $70 and buy something from a manufacturer who will stand behind their product.FYI once you initiate a warranty claim, you need to pay to ship them the item for them to determine if they can help you. Heck I just want a bootie and would love if these clowns would have even sold me ONE to replace the broken one and get me back in business. Instead I have a wonderful kit and 1 bootie held together with safety pins...

Bottom is tearing after 3 uses.
Doesn't fit wide shoes. Have 9.5 shoe and it is very hard to get on. They keep your feet from not getting cold at 43 degrees F. There is a big hole developing on the one bottom and the other is starting. Only wore them 3 times.

Durability issue
Worked for a few cool rides (~40°) as advertised. However, they disappointed in durability. Prior to the fourth time using them the zipper broke.

Great quality but fits small
Great quality. Fits very small. Had to return for size 11-13 to fit my size 10 shoe.

Halten was sie versprechen
Anziehen ist etwas anstrengender, da die Überschuhe sehr stramm sitzen, funktioniert mit ein bisschen Übung und Geduld allerdingsWärmen ausreichend (allerdings nur bis ca -2°C ausprobiert!)

Been very impressed after 30 rides in this years winter
Wanted to review after a few months as I hate it went overshoes wear out at the front from pushing off on concrete, these are great; no signs that they are going to split or hole, the zip stays up! Unlike other brands .... so yes I’m very happy: snug fit : medium suits my size 9’s. Been keeping my feet warm down to 2 degrees so far. Also they they are not waterproof but even when they get wet it doesn’t seem to come through , so I am happy that I bought these.
