True waterproof
This is the best eyeliner I have found. The true test was my son’s wedding and I’m crying. The eyeliner didn’t even smudge. I had to use eye makeup remover. I have sensitive skin and there was no irritation.

It’s empty and Amazon wants me to send it back through UPS. I don’t have a UPS store… as I live in a tiny town in the Adirondacks. So now I get nothing for my money. This is a horrible product
