Excellent Camera and Great Value
Really impressed at the quality of this camera, which is half the price of some other makes. Effectively got the control panel unit free of charge as a result. Bonus of NDI interface being provided. Handy discreet LED screen on the front which indicates IP and Resolution. Well packaged and also come complete with ceiling mount and wall bracket.

Works but make sure you email the manufacturer to get firmware update
PTZ action used to crash it, but mailed manufacturer and they sent me a firmware update which fixed thisGood unit1/3 of the price of a Canon.

Great
This is my 2nd Fomako. I use this for sport and corporate events. The combination of good image quality and flexible settings in the setup is very good. The look of the images can be adjusted for many scenarios - gamma, dynamic range, sharpness, noise reduction.I control the PTZ movement and presets with Companion and a generic PTZ iOS app.I power it via POE, i have not tested the NDI.The web-browser settings control is weak - clunky and unreliable. It makes it difficult to reliably change focus, image and exposure on the fly.

Nice camera with great customer support
I purchased this camera back in May 2023 and it worked well right from the start.A couple of weeks ago (near the end of November 2023) I had a problem with the camera so I contacted the seller. They responded promptly and professionally. Unfortunately the camera had some unresolvable issue. The seller/manufacturer really stood behind their product and sent a replacement the day I sent the failed on back to them.I received the replacement camera within two days and it has been working well since.I am very happy with the quality of the product and the quality of the support. I will certainly buy from them again.

Configurazione

Very good camera for our use
We are a small church and are setting up to do live streaming. I have found this camera to be perfect for our small sanctuary. Because there is not a lot of technical people in our congregation, I have been able to automate the different views that we need using OBS and the HTTP command streams so kindly provided by Fomako support. I found them to be very helpful and responsive.

Impressed at initial install
We just installed this in our church sanctuary. I stumbled a little with the initial network connectivity and would recommend making sure you use an HDMI cable for initial setup to get to the menu on the camera and set it to DHCP for your network. If you plan to just use NDI, you can disconnect it the HDMI cable after the initial setup. The documentation struggled a bit I think with translation. Aside from that, I'm impressed so far.Pros:* Much cheaper that our first PTZ camera from PTZOptics.* Picture quality is just as good as our other PTZOptics camera.* It automatically detected that it was mounted upside down and adjusted both the picture and the joystick controls (for up/down/left/right)* Once the IP Address on it was set for our network, our joystick controller found it without any need to change the other default configuration on the camera.* Seems to have a wider range of speeds for pan/tilt and zoom compared to our other PTZOptics camera.Cons:* Only one I found so far: When panning/tilting, I see what looks like very minor jerks in the picture. It's not a huge deal for us, but might be for others.Fingers crossed that it holds up over time without issue, but right now, I'm quite happy.
