I'm very healthy & take excellent care of myself. My menopause has been fine/bearable. Until it wasn't. For some reason my bladder and urinary tract became...something. The 2 separate doctors I went to diagnosed me with 2 VERY diff prognoses, 1 having me use a hormone cream (internally!) 3 times a day for 2 weeks then every 2 weeks for the rest of my life. The other dr wanted to put me on a life long prescription w/major side effects that I can get even more prescriptions to deal w/all whilst we won't even know if they work for 3 months in. I cried. Then I cracked my herbal remedy book and did online research. What I found was that the cure was growing -literally like weeds! -in my yard. This couch grass, dandelion leaf and mint. I have a dog so I ordered these herbs here on Amazon (this brand of couch grass & Frontier Organics Loose Leaf Mint Tea and Loose Leaf Dandelion Leaves -all dried. Used 2 teaspoons of each, in my small (4 cups) tea pot of all 3 herbs, steeped 170 degree water for 10 min, used a lil honey at 2 times a day. 1 teapot in the morning, 1 pot around 3:pm so I didn't get up to pee all night. In 2 weeks my issue was completely cured. I did miss a pot one time and my symptoms started to return so I know it was the tea that was getting rid of my issue. I continued having this 3 herb combo tea as it is delicious and I was a little nervous about stopping thinking the problem would return. It didn't. I don't drink it every day but love to enjoy a cup any time I can/have time. This truly works! I've since shared it w/my daughter and all her friends who suffer from UTIs a lot and it cures them in a few days having the tea twice a day. I'm so mad at the medical community for wanting to put me on life long drugs that actually damage our systems so they can make their insane profits when the herbs growing wild in your yard will *actually* heal you. But how will Kraft & Pfizer make their profits then? I'm not a total herbal type person either. I believe in science and medical attention where appropriate but this was just baffling how inept the dr's were on my bladder/urinary issue.

Not very well ground not easy to add to food. Easy to use as tea.
