Product arrived minus screw package, which was satisfactorily rectified by you. Assembly was easy .After using it for a few times the 2 main leg stops which were only stapled on ended up on the floor. I feel these should have been fixed with screw and not staples. I have now replaced the staples with screws, and also I have added a coach bolt through both legs and secured to frame. I feel it is now more stable.

The instructions were appalling

Chair arrived on time, no problems assembling together, we have had to put a screw in the legs to stop them moving but once done the chair is quite stable.

Arrived with damaged packaging and all loose inside, couple of splits in wood. Once sorted and glued was comfortable and a great seat.Disappointed had to spent three times as long to put together and needed gluing to make safe.In less than 3 months not safe to sit in.Waste of money, do not recommend...

Great chair great service great price

Rubbish instructions, rubbish quality! The pre-drilled holes are not right, no decent instructions. It took me about 2 hours to figure out how one of these chairs was put together. The finish/staining on the wood is awful and very spotty at best. I see myself (if they last longer than a season) re-staining these chairs and even then, I'm not hopeful they'll last longer than 2 seasons. I have bought covers for them, so I may post in a year's time how these things held up, but I'm really not hopeful. Big disappointment.

On receiving the chair, the box was untidily taped and appears to be repackaged. As soon as I opened one side I saw there was a long split in the wood running from a drill hole along the length of the wood (see photo). Will be returning.

The wood is so soft that it isn't rigid enough and it will not last a season. Some bolts missing. Avoid as you will be buying another chair again soon. Very disappointed with purchase.
