PuroRaw Sorghum flour arrived quickly and was well packaged by the seller. The flour is good value for the money. The texture is not like regular flour but when mixed it has good baking abilities, and thankfully it's Gluten Free. Most GF recipe creators will share their blends for specific baked goods - follow their directions and bake good healthy food!

delicious - better than american grocery store brands
delicious, great for baking!! i was previously disappointed by sorghum flour from an american brand (don’t remember which, maybe bobs red mill?), but this is so so good. much better taste and texture for use in cooking. tastes fresher.

Makes great microwave cookies!
This sorghum flour along with oats, baking powder, raisins, olive oil and egg white makes a perfect cookie in 50 seconds in the microwave. No added sugar. I think it would be excellent for pancakes, just substitute it for the white flour. I will be purchasing this again.

good value
You get a lot, it's finely ground but the reusable seal could be better and peeled off after I opened it the first time.

I have questions about this product
I received the bag of PuroRaw sorghum flour today, and I put the flour in my glass-with-airtight-top closure container, then put the remaining Bob's sorghum flour from another glass container on top. Bob's was a soft yellow color; this brand was beige. I touched each of the flours and tasted them separately (neither being very nice to eat raw) and they tasted differently from each other. Bob's had a sell-by date of July 2026. PuroRaw had no sell-by date because it comes from somewhere overseas where that is not a requirement. I decided that I'd rather order again to get a USA-grown sorghum flour.
