I don't know what to say. Each of these Artists introduced in the book are impressive in their own right.They are great to look at but somehow the book dosesn't catch my attention on the technical side.I am a great fan of the late Patrick Woodroffe book "A closer Look". The book is perfect marriage of showing his art and a making of his work. His explanation are very interesting and knowledgeable. Greatest of all he teaches his experience. Little Tricks..... and I could go on. Pen & Ink misses an opportunity to do something like this. To bad.

This book is amazing how it shows what you can do with pen and ink by different artists, but it is very advanced. It does show lots of different techniques pointillism, stippling, drawing in coloured ballpoint pens.
