It does run big.They are measuring this incorrectly.I bought this for my index finger knowing I would need breathing room to actually spin the balls.This is like a 9 and I have to send back.Annoying.Super fun though and great packaging.

I received the ring on October 7 on November 12 it broke and I lost all but 2 beads. Will not purchase again.

I have a tendency to pick the skin around my fingernails bad enough that I draw blood quite often. The more anxious I feel, the more I pick my fingers. I got this ring to see if it would help me calm my anxiety and keep me from picking my fingers.I've been using this a few days and I'm honestly surprised at how much this helps. There are a lot of balls on this ring so I keep my opposite hang busy playing with them. They are smooth so they don't feel rough on my skin and it doesn't hurt to spin them over and over again.This ring is thin which I love since I'm not a big jewelry person. It fits well. It's been a lifesaver and prevented me from making my fingers bleed in just a few short days.
