The perfect small saucepan.

Unexpected poor quality
This product was purchased for a Christmas present after researching what was available in this type and size of small saucepan. The quality looked good on arrival and this changed after the first use - for a pan of this price the tarnished look was unanticipated. I wrote to the company customer service to ask for advice and no reply was received.I'm very disappointed with the quality especially as it was a gift

I'm very surprised at the product. The build and quality was to be expected as high grade and great build. However, it actually leaks through the handle on first cook!!! I don't know who to complain to or write to. I see that a company in the uk now stock these.. The price of this saucepan is expensive. It took months to arrive after ordering and saying it was in stock, it leaks as well!
