They are very good,my cramp stopped almost emediatly

They worked for me - zero cramps from the first capsule.I am on my second bottle of 100, not a single cramp when taking these. Not even a twitch.I don't feel the need to take them every night, but at least one every 3 nights.Yes, very expensive but when on sale, its worth it.I must say, if these don't work for your cramp - please go see a doctor, it must be something a bit more serious!

Bought these as I suffer from cramps alot, they arrived in time and sealed, only problem was I could not swallow the tablet, as they so {big}, so I have had to break them up { take them apart as they are a capsule } and put the contents into something that's edible, it took a week or so but happily good to say cramps have eased up a bit, these would be great if they made them a bit smaller and easy to swallow

Ok so after having cramp in my calf muscle for four days solid I bought these on a sheer desperation whim.Honestly I didn't care if I was throwing money away I had to try.So anyway I took one a half an hour before going to bed and within twenty minutes my calf started to ease up I had a good night's sleep.Still had the feeling of cramp the next day so again a half hour before bed and things went well again a descent sleep.Now I'm on my third day so only two tablets taken and now I can walk a lot better still got a numb pain in my calf not surprised at that after being cramped up for so long.Would I recommend it hell yes I would
