It is the best Ankylourus Mattel has made It’s one of my favourite models that ever designed ever in the detail is amazing. There is no mistakes. Only one of the spikes is a bit flimsy but it’s fine that’s what my dad says I love it and it’s one of my favourite articulated dinosaurs and it’s my first super articulated herbivore next to the Indo raptor. I’m really have you bought this if you’re scared about this purchase I don’t think you should be so just for £30. It’s not too bad my opinion show. The Jurassic World Ankylosaurus toy arrived in a lovely box with the dinosaur showing through the box. My son loves the Jurassic world franchise. He has so many figures in the series, so when this product got recommend to me I was well pleased. As with all the Jurassic world series of toys, they are very well made. These toys are well worth the money in terms of thier durability, as my son is often rough with them, but these toys always hold up to what he puts them through. He has some fantastic detailing with all he's spines and scales. He's incredibly life like, and a true representation of the breed. This Ankylosaurus has the best articulation we have seen in the whole series. Every segment of he's tail moves, he's tail can move up and down, side to side, and even rotate. It's amazing! He's head can move up and down, side to side, and even rotate. He's mouth opens and closes too. He's legs move forward and backwards, and he's ankles rotate side to side, and up and down. We absolutely love this Ankylosaurus. It's one of the best made dinosaurs we have seen, and he's our new favourite in the series. An outstanding product! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

After the pterosaurs, ankylosaurus was always one of my favourite prehistoric animals and this model of him now sits on my desk. No, he's not going to be given to a child as a present - I'm keeping him for myself! This ankylosaurus is part of a branded range tied in to the Jurassic Park series of films. As such he comes in a nice box and is slightly overproiced at over £30, but he is nicely made and has an articulated head, legs and tail so can be "posed" to some extent. You do have to fit his tail into his body as it's packed separately in the box, but that's simple to do. Now, all I have to do is think of a name for him...

As a boy, I had a smaller plastic, but well-detailed Ankylosaurus, it was a similar thing to the Britains Farm Toy animals, but a dinosaur, so fixed with no articulating parts. The colours are almost identical on this much bigger toy, which is interesting, but of course, speculative. However, this figurine is larger and has an impressive range of articulation too. Some assembly is required; the tail must be inserted into a slot in the hind parts, and this, too, is articulated, being made of connected segments. As an armoured dinosaur, it is speculated Ankylosaurus hunkered down and swung its tail as a defensive measure, and with what amounts to a bony hammer at the end, it seems a powerful argument. This toy is part of a range tied to the Jurassic Park series of movies. That may add a slight premium to the price, which is a discounted £24.99 at present, which may seem a bit steep, but the toy is of good quality; even the small mouth opens and closes. I think the attention to detail of this model will excite anyone who is interested in Dinosaurs, and you have a kid in mind who knows the names of these things, and would point out that this is not a Jurassic Dinosaur but one from the Cretaceous, then the extra money is probably worth it.

I had to picture this still in the packaging because once it was open I couldn't get my hands on it from my daughter! She's absolutely dinosaur mad and this one was no exception. The attention to detail is brilliant and has great resemblance with it's realistic features. It was easy to click together and the legs and feet manoeuvre with ease (ease enough for my 2.5yo anyway!) for the quality the price is very reasonable and this would make a great gift!
