Ingredients to help with the function of the thyroid, some of them are sound ingredients, and it doesn't contain magnesium stearate, but some ingredients are active may alter sleeping habbits, so it's best to take it in the morning. The ginseng extract and cayenne pepper seem like the likely suspects of why it's not good to take before bed, ginseng helps with stamina and energy release, Cayenne pepper can get blood flowing and increase body temperature, another anti-sleep ingredient there, it's really designed for either before an earlier workout, or in the morning.I like how some of the ingredients are just natural like B12 is not synthetic in this. and L-tyrosine helps boost mood as well, there's a lot of misc ingredients that I like, but too long to get into the research. Think at this price is a bit sky high £28 for just 1 month, fixing the thyroid could take time and there's no guarantee this will work, I personally think this is just to support the health of the thyroid gland, not really something that will fix it from any issues.Why I used it, I guess that's because I take it whilst I'm fasting, and as I'm fasting the hormones in the thyroid function is decreased temporarily, and when I start eating again the thyroid returns to normal, so taking this whilst fasting my idea is to support the thyroid during the process.Dosage is 2 per day with or without a meal, they say preferably with a meal, but the meal will only speed the absorption and absorb more of the ingredients, so it would be higher dose with a meal, 60 capsules total so 30 days supply.What would improve on this product is by having 3 months supply for the expensive price, because it could take that long to support the health of the thyroid, and notice difference in energy levels, which should improve with a good running thyroid, as the thyroid turns food into energy, regulate body temperature, and heart rate to name a few.

I am on my second bottle of this supplement. Having suffered with under active thyroid for over 10 years, I was despite medication, having worse symptoms, feeling tired all the time, no energy and generally a bit miserable. I did some research and found this supplement. Since taking it I have had much greater energy levels and my mood is a lot brighter my sleeping patterns have also improved a great deal.

Because of my thyroid issue I have been feeling lethargic for quite a period of time. I have tried many other products & was losing hope as to finding a product that would be beneficial. I have been on this product now for approximately one month & have found a remarkable change in not just my energy levels but my general mood & level of optimism for the future. I would highly recommend this product.

Doesn’t do much just very high price, waste of money, after finishing the bottle realise money got wasted on something that doesn’t work.

Firstly I need to say how bad the smell and taste of these are they are really bad I also repeat them I can't quite comment on effectiveness supplements can take months to have an effect and not noticed much within the first month maybe a slight increase in my energy. They are slightly on the expensive side at £28 a bottle and 1 month supply not the cheapest

I had hypothyroid symptoms of tiredness, vibrating and tinnitus of one ear and struggled to lose weight. I’m on my 2nd bottle and after a couple of weeks I had more energy and sleeping better and the tinnitus had stopped. Fingers crossed I can lose some weight !!

The long list of ingredients certainly are things that can help with things like the thyroid and other things though considering the supply only lasts a month from an outside perspective it looks as though its the price that is 'ultra premium', not that I know the values on each of the ingredients as there may be ones that are harder to source but even then it does feel a bit clickbaity.That said if you do have a thyroid that isn't working at its best you can genuinely feel an effect from something like this like better mental clarity, better moods and a less slow metabolism as the thyroid is a surprisingly important part of your body. I feel like it has had some effect for me and its certainly something you want to keep healthy but I can only really recommend this to someone that had already tested themselves for an underactive thyroid (which is cheaper than thyroid supplements).
