Bad quality, overpriced.

I loved the contemporary design of these placemats. However I've been using them now for a few months, 2-3 times a week. I give them a wipe with a damp cloth after each use, and then dry them with a soft cloth. As you can see from the pictures, the edges have become "stained", either from the light wipe they receive, or from oil from food, it seems. The last set of placemats I had, which I looked after in the same way, lasted 19+ years, and the only reason for getting rid was because they were dated. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Got these as its states ceramic but they are not .That's why 3 stars I would not have got them otherwise They do look very nice though payed £29.99 to much for coke backed mats

I agree with the previous review - mine have deteriorated in exactly the same way. I am very disappointed as I was very pleased with them.
