Maybe not for anyone with digestive issues.
Did not work very well. I ordered them for my wife. One capsule and 1 1/2 hours later she started to get stomach cramps. That night she was unable to eat dinner and actually threw up bile. She was not well until the next evening. Granted my wife had some digestive issues. Maybe if she didn't she may have benefitted from this product.

Not so sure! IT DOES SEEM TO WORK!
On the fence about this one. Have been using for about a week and a half so it’s still new for me BUT, was expecting some change by now in the swelling of my feet. Have NOT seen any difference. Thought some of the water retention would have changed things. A little disappointed but will use all pills first.***OK, it’s now a little more than 3 weeks & in fairness to this product I feel I needed to add this update. I do see a difference in my swollen feet and ankles so maybe I just need to give this capsule another few weeks to really get into my system. I’m not as swollen in the mornings & it seems to be less each day! Fingers crossed for continued daily improvement!
