Is it, or is it NOT "Real" Leather?

The larger hides have the appearance and the smell of organic leather, but at reduced cost and with less wastage compared to organic grown leather.So, it's neither fake, nor completely real. In my opinion, at this price, even bonded leather is a pretty good deal, and it has the look and feel of 100% organic leather.

What is the weight capacity of this chair?

I'm not sure what the weight capacity is, but my husband is 6'5" and 245 pounds and it is a great fit for him. His 350 pound friend also has no problem sitting in it. They both say it's a "big guy" chair. Hope that helps!

what is the range of the seat height and depth?

Chair is in Colorado, I'm traveling but I am very pleased with chair, I weigh over 300 pounds and so far it is holding up well.I even ordered a second chair for our summer home in Montana

I'm reading several reviews that this chair is not a serta at all, but a knock off. is this possible?? does amazon deceive its customers this way?

The assembly instructions have the Serta name and logo on the front. The warranty (Page 3 of the assembly instructions) says Millworks Holdings throughout and never mentions Serta. The customer support information (Page 4 of the assembly instructions) says for support to contact TrueInnovations dot com. Above that it says "Thank you for buying a Serta furniture piece". True Innovations has a website that has logos of many different companies, including both Serta and LaZBoy. I went to LaZBoy to look at office chairs and they told me they don't sell office chairs. When I told them "But I see LaZBoy office chairs for sale online" the sales guy said "Yes, we put our name on them." If I had to bet $100, it's not made by Serta, it's made in China, and Serta lets them put the Serta name on it. I'm sitting in this chair while I write this. I just got it, and it's a very nice and comfortable chair, and one of the nicest I could find.
