Strategies & Tactics for the MBE (Emanuel Bar Review) (Bar Review Series)

I completed about 60% of this book in addition to using Themis. I found the explanations extremely helpful and loved that it's all paper, as the actual MBE exam is on paper. I passed the Florida February 2024 Bar Exam. I highly recommend it!

Very useful as a bar tool to study for MBE.

Spring for it in addition to your bar prep course it is pure gold.

This book was highly recommended and once I started using it I could understand why. The explanations were detailed and it helps with understanding how to pick the correct answer.If you are prepping for the bar exam this book is a must!

I wouldn’t use this to study for the exam alone but I think it’s a great supplement for more practice questions and has some good advice in it. I also got the referenced flash cards. I would have even got this before law school to learn.

I've taught the MBE for over a decade and throughout that time I've used the 5th and 6th and 7th editions of this excellent book. This is just an essential component of your preparation for the MBE. If you're not taking a bar-review course you need this book, and if you are I highly recommend supplementing the questions provided by that course with the official MBE questions in this book. I bought this to use an as additional supplement for practice questions and any new tips and points of insight as I begin studying for the July bar This is literally the same content as the 7th edition. Spent a lot of money on this to find out the real property questions are verbatim past editions of this. If you are new to this book, money well spent. If you bought the seventh edition, save your money. So far much of the content and the questions are literally the same. Could have saved my money but jumped in and started highlighting before I compared notes and questions.

Oh my gosh, I had no idea, 12 Days from the bar - this book limits your notes. I could cry. I guess I should have realized. I still have 5 subjects to go and it won't let me take any more notes. I guess I have to buy another copy? I couldn't afford this one.
