Easy to use
I have only used it a handful of times, but so far very happy with this purchase. It’s very easy to use and easy to clean. The manual includes a page with steaming times for some foods

I would give this a negative star if I could
I bought his product a little over a week ago. I plugged in the product this morning and as soon as I selected manual blend sparks flew from it's little engine, smoke and flames then followed immediately!I WAS HOLDING MY BABY! A FOOT AWAY FROM IT!This was the first time I used this machine. It is targeted at parents as a baby food maker, yet they use cheap parts and safety is last priority.DO NOT BUY THIS.

First time mother review
I purchased this baby steamer with high hopes, but it has been a major letdown. The product arrived and initially seemed like it would do the job. However, the excitement quickly wore off when I noticed that the materials used in the steamer were incredibly cheap. Within just a few weeks of use, the steamer started to rust, which is not only unsightly but also concerning from a safety standpoint.To make matters worse, I tried to resolve this issue through the company. Unfortunately, there was no option to return the product, which is already a huge red flag. I reached out to their customer service team regarding the warranty, and they assured me they would get back to me. That was several weeks ago, and I’m still waiting for any follow-up or resolution.Given the poor quality of the materials, the rust issue, and the terrible customer service experience, I cannot recommend this steamer. If you’re considering purchasing it, I would advise looking for a more reliable and customer-friendly option. This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I regret not investing in a better-quality product from the start.

Wonderful for my little one.
This product is great, super powerful blender and steamer. Multiple functions and perfect portions for my 6 month old. I'm glad I got it.
