It depends on your hair texture. If u need to apply daily then it completely depends on you.. I think alternative days will be better.. I use it only when i wash my hair or when i need to go out.. If this is your firat time using the leave on cream then in the beginning the hair will become bit rough after 24 hours of application. If u want to ise daily make sure ur hair is not oily and wet your hair before.
