Carry on is light weight, easy to move and holds all items securely. Locks are nice to have and easy to program and unlock. Great quality and looks very polished.

Bought this for my daughter for her international trip to Spain. Excellent suitcase and its wheels held up perfectly throughout the walking often on cobblestones and other rough surfaces. The pocket for the battery pack is genius.

Positives: sturdy, maneuvers well, great amount of pockets and fasteners to keep items secure. Love that it opens the way that a soft side case opens.Negatives: the light color (pink) shows scuff marks. I would have preferred the red but that is not available in all sizes. The case (26 inch) is heavier than a soft side but wheels easily and maneuvers well. I was able to piggy back the carry on (purchased a strap separately) and the two cases were easy to pull.Huge negative: no customer service to my issue with the built in lock. I followed the instructions to set my own combination but the lock jammed. I couldn't set the combination or change it back to the factory set. As I was traveling the following day, I had to purchase a lock. I've attempted to contact customer service several times; the only response that I received was a link to a video about how to set the lock. The lock is broken. They gave not addressed the issue at all.I would have gladly recommended this purchase without reservation but given the lack of support with this issue, it's buyer beware.June 21, 2024 update: after posting the above review, customer service contacted me. They sent a brand new case and I was able to set the lock without issue. Great response from customer service and I have added two stars to my review which would have been my original review if not for the lock and customer service issue.

We love the front opening design of this suitcase. Size, quality, and style are all great. We have been using the suitcase for about a year now (10+ flights). Only issue we had was that we lost one of the zipper pulls. Contacted the seller and they quickly resolved our issue.

Updated 3/29/2924: Yusen (Luggex) Customer Service is par excellance! They listen and shipped me 2 sets of replacements to cover the issues we had - with no strings attached! They turned a very unhappy customer into a very satisfied one! That's a quality that's hard to find today! Well done, Yusen! 5 Stars all the way!!Took both pieces to Tuscany and Rome - first use. The zipper did not make it in one piece to Rome. I have never had a zipper pull break on a suitcase - until now. The piece that broke off is still in the lock, but it's broken off. The 20-inch is fine, but the 29-inch is broken. Worse yet, I have to return BOTH pieces because of the broken zipper. Will initiate the return once I return to Kansas City tomorrow. Why is your quality so poor? That's 3 returns now - first the TSA locks won't Program in 2 suitcases (had to return and order replacements), now it's a broken zipper pull. Stay away from Luggex.

I loved everything about this suitcase.It is very easy to maneuver, empty.It's 28" with wheels.I only packed it half full. I couldn't lift it.I had to return for smaller version

We loved em used them on our Lil getaway. We used the bigger one for two people for a week.

Two different suitcases, two different power banks AND a wall outlet, plugging the USB C cord on the suitcase in, and the USB socket on this suitcase just WILL NOT WORK. They’ve made it so only the USB A works, and I bought it specifically for the USB C. If you want to charge anything with USB A go for it, but I’ve reached out to the customer support team, have followed their instructions and USB C refuses to work no matter how much power is applied to it. Disappointing. 0 stars should be awarded.
